Seems like the roman villa method for remembering from Busan’s book. Link to a how-to wiki. Seems sensible.
Khan Academy
Good resource for school maths. Open source. Seems to be mostly worked examples (ie. chalk board and talking not animations etc). Might not be so easy for kids to search. Most seem to be 5 – 10 mins long.
